Tatuaje Sends Cease & Desist to Every Funeral Home in the US
Funeral Homes across the country were surprised to find Cease-and-Desist letters delivered this week from the law firm of I.M. an A.S.S.
IM an ASS is representing Tatuaje Cigars. The letters informed them they were no longer allowed to use coffins in their burials or even use the word in their literature. Referencing their annual Halloween limited edition dress boxes of cigars which use famous movie monster names (without permission).
“I don’t know what we are going to do now, I guess it’s all funeral shrouds and cardboard boxes for Grandma and Grandpa until we can get this sorted out.” Said peter Johnson the president of the International Brotherhood of Morticians and Funeral Directors. Mr. Johnson was also served with an additional C&D telling him he had thirty days to change his name.
Come on boys grow up, make cigars, and don’t attack each other.
