Cigar Mafia Boss “Don Pepin” Indited
Don Jose “Pepin” Garcia, a well-known Cigar Mafia Boss, was arrested today in connection with the Tabacalera William Ventura and Intercigar S.A fire. According to our FBI sources, he ordered the hit on the facility, and one of his accomplices carried it out. The FBI released a statement detailing its prolonged investigation into Don Pepins lengthy criminal career. They were able to infiltrate his organization using undercover agents.
“We are proud to finally bring “Don” Pepin to justice; he has developed a network of lieutenants and henchmen throughout the cigar-growing regions in Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, as well as making recent intrusions into Mexico.” An FBI spokesperson told CNT. “Almost every cigar manufacture is paying “The Don” protection money.”
(We here at CNT offer our deepest and most heartfelt sympathies in this time of tragedy, thankfully no one was injured in the fire. We are sure that the factory will make an amazing comeback and can count on the cigar community as a whole to support them during this process. Be a Phoneix, rise from the ashes new and improved!)
“We, the FBI, along with the US Treasury Department and IRS realized there were anomalies in reported income/cigar sales and the lifestyle that the Garcia Crime Family was living.” They continued. “No one would speak about the Family when we reached out to them, so we went all Donnie Brasco on them.”
When CNT reached out to the owners of the still-smoldering tobacco factory, they said that “They had never heard of “Don Pepin Garcia,” nor would they be cooperating with any investigation.”
